Games and content on Gamer Temple may be created in whole or in part with artificial intelligence tools, such as ChatGPT and Claude. That can include code, artwork, characters, music, sound effects and written text.

AI is a tool here, not a replacement. I direct, review, edit and test what I build, and I’m learning the code and systems behind it along the way.

AI-generated content can contain mistakes, bugs or unexpected results.

Resemblance to other works

All characters, places and stories in these games are fictional. Any resemblance to real people, events, or existing characters, games, brands or other creative works is unintentional and purely coincidental.

If you believe something on this site resembles your work, email hello@gamertemple.com and I’ll review it promptly.

Information you give me

Some features may ask for information, such as your email address to download a game or join an email list. If you email me, I’ll have your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Information collected automatically

When you visit, the site and its service providers may automatically collect technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit.

Cookies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep it working, understand how it’s used and improve it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as expected.

How it’s used

To run and improve the site, deliver downloads, reply to messages and, if you sign up, send updates about new games. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.

Sharing

I don’t sell your personal information. It may be shared with services that help run the site, such as hosting, analytics and email providers, or when the law requires it.

Links to other sites

The site links to places like Instagram. Those services have their own privacy policies, and I’m not responsible for how they handle your information.

Children

Gamer Temple is not directed at children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact me and I’ll delete it.

Games on this site are for personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t sell, re-upload or pass off the games as your own without permission.

If you are under 18, your parent or guardian is responsible for deciding whether the site and its games are right for you and for supervising your use.

Ownership

Unless noted otherwise, the games, the Gamer Temple name, logo and monk character belong to Gamer Temple.

Downloads are final

Each download is a one-time delivery of a digital file and is provided as-is. All downloads are final. If anything is ever offered for a fee, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

Only download games from gamertemple.com. I’m not responsible for copies obtained anywhere else.

The site and games are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. They may have bugs, change or be removed at any time.
